Database related to a master's degree research entitled: Effect of land use on the taxonomic and functional beta diversity of the zooplankton community in northwestern São Paulo - BRAZIL This database contains: Species composition of each reservoir (densities) in the dry and rainy seasons. Beta diversity indices (LCBD-t, LCBD-f, SCBD and FTCBD). Functional attributes related to the functional traits (Feeding Strategy, Body Size, Habitat, Trophic Group and Reproduction) of each sampled species. Percentages of land use (Forest, Pasture, Agriculture, Urban Area), of each reservoir.
