Transcriptional analysis of the thalamus and rostral ventral medulla in rats with chronic orofacial pain

We used RNA sequencing to screen differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the rostral ventral medulla (RVM) and thalamus of rats during persistent orofacial pain to explore the mechanism of chronic orofacial pain.本研究采用RNA测序（RNA sequencing）技术，对持续性口面部疼痛状态下大鼠的延髓腹侧吻部（rostral ventral medulla, RVM）与丘脑组织中的差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes, DEGs）进行筛选，以探究慢性口面部疼痛的发病机制。
