m6A MeRIP-seq of the Arabidopsis over-expressed with Argonaute 1

To learn the over-expression effect of Argonaute 1 (AT1G48410) on the transcriptome-wide m6A levels, m6A MeRIP-seq was performed for two batches of transgenic lines (the first batch is mixture sampling, and includes three lines: B1OE1, B1OE5 and B1OE11; the second batch is individual sampling, and includes one line B2OE5), and a line transformed with empty vector.
