Multidimensional single-cell sequencing profiles the bone marrow immune microenvironment in chronic myeloid leukemia

The immune system plays an important role in the response to therapy in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). However, there is no comprehensive high-throughput analysis of the bone marrow immune microenvironment in patients diagnosed with CML. Here, we combined single-cell transcriptome, single-T cell, and single-cell TCR sequencing to comprehensively analyze the bone marrow immune changes in CML patients. Overall design: Bone marrow from 5 CML patients and 2 normal subjects was extracted for single cell sequencing and CD3+ cells were isolated for further detection of T cell expression and TCR repertoire at single cell resolution
