HSG-12M

HSG-12M comprises 11.6M spatial multigraphs (so-called Hamiltonian spectral graphs) spanning 1401 characteristic polynomial classes, distilled from 177 TB of spectral potential data. Each Hamiltonian spectral graph embeds the full geometry of a 1D crystal's complex-energy spectrum, with node attributes (coordinates, spectral potential, density of states) and edge attributes (curve coordinates, length, average potential/DOS). Released under CC BY 4.0 and available as 1401 Python .npz files archived in three subsets one-band, two-band, and three-band. Graphs in .npz files are serialized NetworkX MultiGraph objects.
