European External Action Service (EEAS) Documents (2019-2023)

This dataset comprises a comprehensive collection of documents issued by the European External Action Service (EEAS). It includes various types of communications such as press releases and statements/declarations, spanning from significant events and policy announcements to responses on global issues. Each entry is meticulously categorized with attributes like unique identifiers (UID), titles, publication dates, URLs, location tags, and topic tags. The dataset also provides an analysis of the sentiment conveyed in each document using the AFINN sentiment scoring method, detailing whether the content is neutral, positive, or negative and its weighted sentiment score. This dataset is pivotal for research on EU external relations, providing insights into the EU's diplomatic discourse and policy focus across different regions and thematic areas. The dataset has been compiled as part of our TUBİTAK project no. 123K337.
