This series consists of advice provided by the Crown Solicitor and other external sources in relation to the administration and management of Crown Land in New South Wales. The series includes legal advice provided in relation to litigation matters and in relation to the interpretation, drafting and amendment of legislation. Some examples of the topics advised upon include land resumption, delegations of power, Aboriginal land claims, the creation and management of reserves, grantings of easements, dedications of land, road widening and the acquisition of land.The legal advice within this series dates from between 1896 and 1993. However the advice was gathered together and collated into these volumes between 1991 and 1993. Each advising has been given a sequential number and the series arranged in advice number order.
