EmpCom base of the main commercial activities of Troyes Champagne Métropole

This dataset identifies and characterizes AEZs and other economic sites. In 2022, a study on commercial areas was carried out. In this context, it was necessary to have a clear outline of large commercial areas at national level. The selected commercial rights-of-way represent 1527 sites in metropolitan France. The production work can be separated into two phases. The first phase, carried out by Cerema, establishes automatic contours of commercial rights-of-way. 1527 contours, representing the most important commercial activities, were then selected, respecting the following 2 criteria - Area of more than 20 000 m2 of built-up area; - Commercial area greater than 60,000 m2 or surface area between 25,000 and 150,000 m2 and commercial area greater than 15,000 m2. **Following the text of the fields**: fid: Unique identifier- of the polygon idcom: INSEE dentifier of the municipality of departure of the EEZ. If the polygon is located in several municipalities, INSEE codes will be separated by a comma Activity: Type of activity area (Possible values: Trade, Crafts, Logistics, Industry, Tertiary, Other / Mixed) Surf_ha: Area of the ZA in hectares INFORMATION: THE DATA GAME IS AVAILABLE IN THREE FORMATS (*.XLSX, *.CSV AND *.GPKG).
