PHB/PBAT biodegradation assays using soil as inoculum. The biodegradation was determined by CO2 production using a titration method, The biodegradation of the bilayer was observed. The soil microbial community diversity was evaluated before and after the biodegradation assays by 16S and 18S rRNA sequencing.
