Preliminary dataset derived from positionally extracted SARS-CoV-2 spike residues across 9.4M global genomes (2019 - 2025). Contains compressed codon-annotated sequences and summary metrics for three interface-proximal residues exhibiting distinct evolutionary behaviors: one near-fixation, one active diversification, one frozen sweep. Supports de novo identification of a non-canonical mutational backbone. Full biological interpretation pending publication.
