Experimental code and data for few-shot electricity load forecasting with a pre-trained cross-country foundation model

This repository contains the experimental code and data supporting the paper "Few-Shot Electricity Load Forecasting with a Pre-trained Cross-Country Foundation Model". It includes the Python scripts for cross-country pretraining and few-shot fine-tuning, the processed feature data, and the full leave-one-out experiment results across seven European countries. The hourly electricity load is sourced from the ENTSO-E transparency platform and the hourly temperature from Open-Meteo.
