This dataset provides transcriptome-wide profles of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA modifications in theC5 spinal cord segment of adult mice following traumatic spinal cord injury (SCl). Tissue samples werecollected 2 weeks post-injury to capture m6A dynamics during the subacute phase of SCl. Both m6Aimmunoprecipitated (lP) and input control RNA libraries were prepared and sequenced using the lluminaplatform. Sham-operated animals served as controls. The dataset enables investigation of epitranscriptomicchanges associated with SCl and may offer insights into RNA methylation-mediated regulatory mechanismsunderlying injury-induced pathophysiology.
