This dataset contains the mutation files used in the study to perform pan-cancer analysis using the diffdriver framework. These files represent the primary input data for 20 TCGA cancer types (including LUAD, BRCA, and SKCM) and are used to identify genes under differential positive selection across various phenotypic contexts.
