A dataset of PFP research for Crystal Xiang, China

The data for this study was collected from a large state-owned bank in Southwest China. Through the bank's Human Resources Headquarters, we contacted and invited teams from 253 branches under the bank's jurisdiction in Southwest China. All participants were informed in advance that the survey would be filled out anonymously, the results would remain strictly confidential, and all data would be used solely for research purposes. The survey link was generated using the Wenjuanxing platform and sent directly to participants via SMS. To ensure the response rate and quality of completion, we set up an online lottery on Wenjuanxing for all participants who completed and successfully submitted the questionnaire, with each person randomly receiving a cash reward ranging from 20 to 100 yuan. Using subjective-objective data matching at three different time points, we finally obtained 1,010 valid questionnaires from team members across 201 teams.
