VPRS 14607 Register of Applications for Consent

Works, development or the removal of vegetation in Port Phillip coastal areas required formal consent from the Port Phillip Authority and later, the Ministry of Planning and Environment. This series contains summary details of applications for these matters and of any appeals process involved.Details given of the applications are the file number, the name of the applicant, the proposal being made or the file name, the date presented to the meeting and its decision, the date of advertisement in the papers and the acknowledgment of notification of the applicant, management and the relevant municipality. Where appeals were made against the meeting decision, details are given of the name of the appellant and the reason for the appeal, the date of a hearing or compulsory conference and its decision and the final actions including the consent number and any conditions decided upon by the Planning Appeals Tribunal.
