Nicotinamide and pyridoxine have been identified as potent modulators of Muscle Stem cell activity. We characterized genome-wide expression profiles of NAM/PN-treated MuSC and Vehicle to verify if NAM/PN supplementation reverses MuSC dysfunction during Aging. Freshly isolated MuSC from aged mice were seeded and treated with either 1% DMSO (vehicle) or the combination of nicotinamide and pyridoxine for 72 hours in growth medium. From 8 mice, we performed 4 independent biological replicates (pool of 2 mice).
