Restart ensembles for the optimization landscape of peaked-circuit generation

Raw optimization ensembles from a study of the optimization landscape of peaked-circuit generation. Each archive holds the initial and final gate parameters, the peakedness reached, and the pairwise solution overlaps for one circuit instance across independent random restarts. Contents: the consolidated grid (18 instances at n = 8, 10, 12, 14 and 4 at n = 16, 200 restarts each), extended restart budgets, optimizer-robustness controls, peaking- and random-depth scans, reduced-peaking runs, and resolution-matched connectivity scans. 127 array archives. DATA.md, included in the archive, documents every field, the file-naming scheme and the overlap conventions. The analysis code is archived at 10.5281/zenodo.21696714.
