Dataset of Multilayer Rectangle-shaped Planar Windings
收藏资源简介:
Description:This dataset contains planar winding geometric parameters and their corresponding inductances, extracted from Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations using Ansys Maxwell3D. The data is divided into two subsets (TOTAL, EXTRAS) based on external dimensions and number of layers. File Format:The dataset is provided as a Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx). - Sheet 'INFO': Contains metadata and variable definitions.- Sheet 'TOTAL': Main dataset subset.- Sheet 'EXTRAS': Additional out-of-distribution (OOD) dataset subset. Variables and Units:All geometrical and electrical values are provided in standard SI units (meters for distance, Henrys for inductance). - D1: External side length 1 of the inductor (m)- D2: External side length 2 of the inductor (m)- d1: Internal side length 1 (m)- d2: Internal side length 2 (m)- w: Width of the copper trace (m)- s: Spacing between two consecutive turns (m)- NT: Number of turns per layer- NL: Number of layers- O: Spacing between two consecutive layers (undefined when NL = 1) (m)- Dbar1: Derived parameter used in analytical equations, Dbar1 = (D1 + d1)/2 (m)- Dbar2: Derived parameter used in analytical equations, Dbar2 = (D2 + d2)/2 (m)- L: Inductance obtained from the FEA model Maxwell3D (H) Methodology:The target inductances (L) were computed through 3D FEA simulations. Solver is set to 100 kHz excitation. Area of analysis is 700 mm in each direction (x, y, z), and no boundary conditions are enforced. The derived variables (Dbar1, Dbar2) are included to facilitate the reproduction of the analytical equations proposed in the associated manuscript without requiring reverse engineering of the raw dimensions.
