Matlab source files for Algamal et al 2022

Data used to generate Figure1-3 from Algamal et al 2022. https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.04.27.489759 Each .mat file represents a single trace; mouse ID is mentioned first, followed by trace# as a letter. For example, P54F5_A represents mouse P54F5 trace #A, etc. The data were analyzed using Suite2p and exported as .mat files for Matlab analysis. The variables denote the fellowing; F represents the fluorescence signal values over time; Fneu represents the neuropil signal, and dt shows frame time. Each cell center's coordinates can be found in the corresponding stat.med variable. In the files that contained amyloid plaque, another variable named "Plaque" containing coordinates to amyloid plaque centers is stored.
