Laceyella sacchari, a high temperature actinomyces, could synthesize TTMP after 96h and three other pyrazines after 72h of liquid fermentation process. We proved that TTMP accumulated by thermodynamic condensation reaction of acetoin and ammonia produced three amino acids (isoleucine, valine and leucine), according to gene expression differences of L. sacchari fermented in liquid at 24h and 96h by comparative transcriptomics.
