A systematic review on the marine ecotoxicological interactions with offshore petroleum associated contaminants: metadata

This metadata set comprises of additional supporting material for the systematic review investigating literature on the marine ecotoxicological interactions with decommissioned offshore petroleum structures and associated contaminants. This dataset comprises of the methodology used for the review, including the recording of database searches, the search terms used and the tiered screening process (title, abstract, full text) for both research aims. We present all the raw data extracted from the papers included in this systematic review, in addition to providing the Australian and New Zealand water and sediment quality guidelines used for comparative measures in the review and an overview of global offshore petroleum decommissioning frameworks.<br>
