Source data and R code

The dataset of this study originates from a controlled experiment on warming and precipitation changes (increase/reduction) conducted in alpine meadows on the Tibetan Plateau, covering observational data from two growing seasons. It mainly includes the following information: experimental treatment variables (warming treatments, precipitation treatments); plant indicators (plant biomass); data on soil nematode trophic groups (abundances of bacterivores, fungivores, herbivores, and omnivores-predators, as well as prey:predator ratios); and soil condition indicators (such as soil moisture and soil temperature). These data were used to analyze the structure (trophic level distribution) and trophic interactions (e.g., trophic cascades) of soil micro-food webs under different climatic treatments, providing a basis for revealing the impacts of warming and precipitation changes on grassland ecosystem functions.
