In vivo transciptomic responses to acetaminophen exposure from liver and kidneys of Sprague Dawley rats

In this study we tested the ability to identify early perturbations in the organ (liver and kidney) metabolism due to acetaminopen exposure at two early time points (5 and 10 h) using RNA-sequencing.本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）技术，在5小时与10小时两个早期时间点上，评估了对乙酰氨基酚（acetaminophen）暴露所致肝、肾器官代谢早期扰动的识别能力。
