ATAC-seq profiling of Nfat5 KO and wild type macrophages derived from bone marrow (primary cells), treated or not with Lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Overall design: A total of 8 samples are analysed; 2 biological replicates in 4 experimental groups: Nfat5 KO and Wild type non treated, Nfat5 KO and Wild Type LPS treated.
