Hydraulic properties of Cephalostachyum pergracile

The file contains hydraulic trait data of Cephalostachyum pergracile measured from individual at XIshuangbanna Tropical botanical garden. It includes the original data of the xylem vulnerability curve, the leaf vulnerability curve, the predawn and midday water potential, the water source partitioning and the water releasing curve. The xylem vulnerability was assessed using the microCT technology. The leaf vulnerability curve was measured using the optical method. The predawn and midday water potential, as well as the midday native embolism were measured in both wet and dry season. The xylem water source partitioning were assessed through analyses of stable isotopes.
