We treated Hela cell line by using 10 ng/ul & 80 ng/ul TCS. And we collect the RNA sample on 1hr, 12 hr, 24 hr point. Comparing with the control sample, we sequenced 7 RNA-seq for Hela cell lines to determine the whole genes'' changing pattern after the TCS treatment. The aim of our research are to get the global pattern of the gene changing of cancer cells after the different concentration of protein TCS''s treatment.
