GAL-2™ — Public Observational Metrics (Phase 2, 24-Hour Drift-Free Run, San Juan PR, Nov 2025)

This dataset presents the public observational metrics from a 24-hour stability test of the GAL-2™ (Global Alignment Layer | Fractal Time) system, conducted in San Juan, Puerto Rico (November 2025). The test demonstrates zero-drift coherence (Δ = 0 ms average deviation) between GAL-2™ time and UTC over 86,400 seconds of uninterrupted operation. Included files provide observable outputs only: drift intervals, Allan deviation approximations, summary statistics, and alignment notes. No proprietary algorithms, constants, or internal correction logic are disclosed. All results are released for open scientific validation and reproducibility purposes.
