Isolation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from wounds and burn infections and using universal primers to amplify 16s rRNA followed by DNA sequencing and analysis, we seek to test the antibiotic drug resistance associated with class 1 integron, amplification of conserved region using universal primers.
