Dataset for "Impact of Knowledge Management on Creativity and Innovation: A Cross-Sectional Study of Healthcare Managers in Kabudarahang, Iran"

This dataset contains anonymized data from a cross-sectional study (2019–2022) of 95 healthcare managers in the Kabudarahang Health Network, Iran. The study examines the relationships between knowledge management (KM), creativity, and innovation using validated questionnaires. Data include demographic information, KM scores (creation, absorption, organization, storage, dissemination), creativity scores, and innovation scores. The dataset is accompanied by a README file and a codebook for reuse. Ethical approval: IR.UMSHA.REC.1398.923.
