Accidents in Rennes Métropole

This layer of data locates traffic accidents on the territory of Rennes Métropole. See genealogy to understand how this layer is made up.

The validity of the statistical operations which can be made from this basis depends on the specific methods of verification in the field of road safety application and in particular on a precise knowledge of the definitions relating to each variable used. For any operation, it is important to read in particular the structure of the BAAC sheet and the guide for the use of the codification of the traffic accident analysis bulletin.

Definitions of the National BAAC Data File (Bulletins of Analysis of Corporal Traffic Accidents):

=> a body accident (mortal and non-fatal) of road traffic:
\- involves at least one victim,
\- occurs on a public or private road, open to public traffic,
\- involves at least one vehicle.

=> a bodily accident involves a number of users. Among these, we can distinguish:
\- persons who are unharmed: involved not deceased and whose condition does not require any care
medical as a result of the accident,
\- Victims: involved not unharmed.

=> among the victims, we distinguish:
\- people killed: persons who die as a result of the accident, on the spot or in
thirty days after the accident,
\- injured persons: victims not killed.

=> among injured people, it is worth differentiating:
\- the so-called “hospitalised” wounded: hospitalised victims for more than 24 hours,
\- the lightly injured: victims who received medical attention but were not admitted to hospital for more than 24 hours.

Among the data available to be awarded:
\- accident: accident identifier in “business” Concerto or Traxy software
\- Inter: accident at intersection or not with the typology of intersection
\- vehicle involved (1 to 6)
\- user involved (1 to 8)
\- NTU: number of people killed
\- NBH: number of wounded hospitalised
\- NBNH: number of injuries not hospitalised

国家BAAC（道路交通事故人员伤情分析报告）数据文件定义如下：
■ 道路交通事故人员伤情事故（含致死与非致死两类）：
- 至少涉及1名受害者；
- 发生在向公众开放通行的公共或私人道路上；
- 至少涉及1台车辆。

■ 人员伤情事故涉及多名道路使用者，可将其划分为两类：
- 未受伤害人员：未死亡且无需因本次事故接受任何医疗救治的人员；
- 受害者：未受伤害之外的人员。

■ 在受害者中，可进一步划分为两类：
- 死亡人员：因事故当场死亡或事故发生后30日内死亡的人员；
- 受伤人员：未死亡的受害者。

■ 在受伤人员中，可进一步区分：
- 所谓“住院伤者”：住院时长超过24小时的受害者；
- 轻伤人员：接受了医疗救治但住院时长未超过24小时的受害者。

本数据集提供的字段如下：
- accident：事故标识，即“业务版”Concerto或Traxy软件中的事故唯一标识符
- Inter：路口属性，标注事故是否发生于路口，并附带路口类型信息
- vehicle involved (1 to 6)：涉事车辆（1至6台）
- user involved (1 to 8)：涉事道路使用者（1至8名）
- NTU：死亡人数
- NBH：住院伤者人数
- NBNH：非住院受伤人数
