NRS-580 | Information relating to fire stations

These papers record the following details concerning the acquisition and building of New South Wales fire stations: address; method of acquisition (eg. dedication, rental etc.); registered owner; title and register notations (the book and page number from which the information was received). A brief history of each station is included. The papers are arranged alphabetically (by station). They are photocopies only and are at times very difficult to read. The copies appear to replicate a register of fire station properties, perhaps provided to Dr Colin Adrian as research for his publication Fire Fighting: a century of Service 1884-1984.(14/1737.2). 1 bundle.
