Eukaryotic genomic DNA is highly packaged as nucleosomes. The nucleosome positioning affects its accessibility on genomic DNA, where DNA binding proteins such as transcription factors bind to regulate genome functions. Therefore, chromatin accessibility of regulatory elements such as promoters and enhancers are crucial for gene expression activity. Here we performed ATAC-seq and MNase-seq analysis to analys the effects of knockout of regulators.
