This is a nationwide cohort of extremely rare primary sinonasal diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL) collected from 1980 till 2018. The aim was to subclassify sinonasal DLBCL according to the mutational pattern and correlate this to the clinical characteristics and disease behavior, explaining patterns in relapse or dissemination and the heterogeneity in the outcome.
