The HARP dataset is a large-scale 7th-order higher-order Ambisonic room impulse responses (HOA-RIRs) dataset created by the Institute of Communication Technology, Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. Generated via the Image Source Method (ISM), this dataset covers diverse room configurations, including variations in room geometry, acoustic absorption materials, and source-receiver distances. The dataset's creation process involves sound field capture using a 64-channel 7th-order HOA framework and room acoustic simulation via the Pyroomacoustics library. The HARP dataset is primarily applied in the fields of spatial audio, room acoustic modeling, and machine learning, aiming to address challenges in sound field analysis and immersive audio reproduction.
