天门市基层电子证明开具平台，办事群众可通过政务服务网、鄂汇办APP、微信公众号以及线下大厅进行证明开具，由工作人员通过天门市审批系统对申请人提交的证明开具申请进行审核，完成证明开具，进一步补齐短板、优化流程、精简材料，提升“无证明”能力，促进政务服务“标准化、精准化、便捷化、平台化、协同化”发展，持续提升天门市政务服务能力。

Grassroots Electronic Certificate Issuance Platform of Tianmen City: Residents seeking government services can apply for certificate issuance via the government service website, Ehuiban APP, WeChat official account, and offline service halls. Staff will review the certificate issuance applications submitted by applicants through the Tianmen City Approval System and complete the certificate issuance process. This platform further addresses existing shortcomings, optimizes work workflows, streamlines required supporting materials, enhances the capacity for "certificate-free" government services, promotes the development of standardized, precise, convenient, platform-based and collaborative government services, and continuously improves the government service capabilities of Tianmen City.
