Patients with HRV detection and co-detection of other respiratory pathogens*, Sa Kaeo Province, Thailand, September 1, 2003–August 31, 2005.

HRV = human rhinovirus, CXR = chest radiograph-confirmed, ILI = influenza-like illness.*Co-detections included RSV, HMPV, HPIV 1–3, influenza type A or B, and adenovirus for all patients, and S. pneumoniae for hospitalized adults aged ≥18 years. During the first study year, co-detections with Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, and Legionella were included for hospitalized patients.£Control patients were only enrolled during the second study year, Sept 1, 2004–Aug 31, 2005.
