Raw immunofluorescence data from mouse brain coronal sections, scanned on an Olympus VS200 at 20×. This record (Part 2 of 2) contains only the PGR (progesterone receptor) channel plus DAPI as nuclear reference. Each OME-TIFF has 2 channels: Channel 0: DAPI (nuclear reference) Channel 1: PGR (progesterone receptor) Samples: 4 sections (virgin/non-pregnant vs late-pregnancy adult female mice).
