Expression data from recoverin positive and negative A549 cell lines

We compared the transcriptional signatures of recoverin (Rec) negative lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells which had been transfected with a plasmid containing human recoverin cDNA (A549 Rec) or an empty plasmid as a mock control (A549 MOCK). Both cell lines were cultured in HG-DMEM culture medium supplemented with 8 mg/L d-biotin, 4 mg/L calcium pantothenate, 100 U/mL penicillin, 100 μg/mL streptomycin (b.p. HG-DMEM), 10 % CS and methylcellulose (Methocel A4M) at 37°C and 5% CO2 for 6 days.
