Brick + Mortar Data licensing from MFour delivers clients behavior data containing 12M monthly event level brick + mortar visits made by a smartphone representative group of over 100,000 US consumers. All Brick + Mortar Data is collected through MFour’s Surveys On The Go® smartphone app.

Brick + Mortar Data is sold in month increments. Purchases are made for go forward data, and historical data can be purchased as far back as January 2021. App + Web usage data from the same group of consumers can be added for a premium to understand OmniTraffic® behaviors.

MFour’s Brick + Mortar Data is all Fair Trade Data®, meaning it has been collected from consumers who provided informed consent and were compensated appropriately for the exchange. Outside of the Snowflake Marketplace subscription, any consumer observed making a location visit from MFour’s dataset can then be surveyed to either profile that consumer or understand “the why” behind their observed visit.
