Synthetic breast ultrasound images for privacy conscious medical AI research

SYNTHETIC DATA — NOT FOR CLINICAL USE. This release contains 300 text-generated single-view breast ultrasound-style images, exact generation prompts, prespecified BI-RADS generation targets, metadata, and SHA-256 hashes accompanying the study Clinical fidelity and safety risks of synthetic breast ultrasound for privacy conscious AI research. No study-patient image was supplied as a generation input. This is a privacy-conscious research release, not a formal privacy guarantee. Membership inference, re-identification, training-data memorisation, and formal privacy attacks were not evaluated. BI-RADS labels for synthetic images are generation targets and are not pathology ground truth. Authentic clinical images, human-reader data, statistical outputs and statistical analysis code are not included. Qualified researchers may request controlled access to these materials from the corresponding authors, subject to ethics and institutional approval and a data-use agreement.
