Reproducibility materials for Operating Constraints Shape Portfolio Value in Phased Metro Flood Protection. Version 1.1.0 includes the analysis materials and Supporting Information associated with the manuscript. The two components are identified separately below. Data Availability Materials The archive contains derived station inputs, 133 WorldPop API v2 responses, 800 m query polygons, a historical OpenStreetMap station snapshot, analysis code, experiment protocols, unrounded results, random seeds, figure scripts, and verification outputs. Experiments cover operating-menu mismatch, calibrated fragility sensitivity, exact portfolios of up to six stations, 441 transposed storm positions, stage-weight sensitivity, and uncertainty checks. Catchment population is a proxy for ridership; station failure, protection, and storm-time service are modeled. Upstream WorldPop raster and raw radar QPE are linked by source DOI and are not redistributed. README.md, LICENSE.md, and THIRD_PARTY_ATTRIBUTION.md document methods and rights. Supplemental Materials The archive contains Supporting_Information_R6.pdf, comprising Tables S1–S11 and Fig. S1, together with its source files in supporting_information_source/. Older supplemental-analysis files are retained only for reproducibility of earlier verification scripts and are not the current Supporting Information.
