The-Color-Meaning-Congruency-Go-Nogo-task_EEG_Python_MNE

This dataset contains EEG recordings and behavioral data from 13 healthy young adults performing a novel Color-Meaning Congruency Go/Nogo task. The task was designed to investigate the impact of color-meaning associations on cognitive control. EEG data were collected using a 32-channel EMOTIV EPOC Flex device at a 128 Hz sampling rate. The dataset includes raw EEG data in EDF format, preprocessed EEG data in FIF format, and behavioral data (reaction times, accuracy, stimulus types) in CSV format. Two main experimental conditions are included: everyday color condition and reversed color condition. The dataset also contains ERP analysis results focusing on N2 and P3 components, beta band synchronization analysis results, and relevant metadata including participant information and task parameters. This comprehensive dataset is valuable for researchers in neuroscience, psychology, and cognitive science studying the interplay between color perception, semantic processing, and cognitive control.
