16S rRNA sequencing of mice: intestine

The aim of this study was to investigate whether the action of norepinephrine on Lactobacillus affects its ability to regulate intestinal flora. Lactobacilli are recognized as probiotics for regulating intestinal flora, and their use as antibiotic alternatives under clinical stress has been inconsistent. To explore the effects of catecholamine hormones on the bacteriostatic and antimicrobial activities of probiotics, we explored the effects of norepinephrine on the effects of Lactobacilli on the regulation of intestinal flora in a mouse model.
