Cut and tag sequencing analysis of PTC-sepecific p300 knock-out mouse

To investigate the pro-fibrotic function of p300 in renal proximal tubule cell, UUO was performed for 8 days in mice with PTC-specific knockout of p300. Renal proximal tubule cells were isolated from kidneys, and samples were prepared with a cut and tag kit(active motif, USA) with p300 antibody(Abcam, USA). Sequencing was performed on a NovaSeq6000.
