资源简介:

README This repository contains sample data, sample code, and custom toolboxes to accompany the protocol "Protocol for mapping frequency-specific information transfer between cortical areas using ECoG and Granger causality" by Zeng, Zhou, Li, Hasegawa, and Tanigawa. Repository Contents - sample_data: This folder contains sample electrocorticography (ECoG) data recorded from the prefrontal cortex (PFC) and the inferior temporal cortex (ITC) of a macaque monkey. The data is provided in MATLAB format (.mat). Please refer to the protocol for detailed information about the experimental procedures and data preprocessing.-sample_code: This folder contains example MATLAB scripts demonstrating the key steps of the protocol. These scripts allow for computing pairwise Granger causality, mapping spatial distributions, and identifying functional clusters via hierarchical clustering. These scripts are intended to be used in conjunction with the sample data and the custom toolboxes.- toolbox: This folder contains custom MATLAB programs and necessary toolboxes required for running the sample code. Note:- The sample data provided is a subset of the full dataset used in the original study (Zhou et al., 2023). Zhou, T., Kawasaki, K., Suzuki, T., Hasegawa, I., Roe, A.W., and Tanigawa, H. (2023). Mapping information flow between the inferotemporal and prefrontal cortices via neural oscillations in memory retrieval and maintenance. Cell Rep. 42, 113169. [https://doi.org/10.1016/j.celrep.2023.113169] - The sample code is for demonstration purposes and may need to be adapted for your own data.- Please refer to the main protocol paper for detailed information about the methods, parameters, and interpretation of the results.
