The ten P. tricornutum accessions Pt1 (CCMP 2561), Pt2 (CCMP 2557), Pt3 (CCMP 2558), Pt4 (CCMP 2559), Pt5 (CCMP 630), Pt6 (CCMP 631), Pt7 (CCMP 1327), Pt8 (CCMP 2560), Pt9 (CCMP 633) and Pt10 (CCMP 2928) were cultured at 19°C on a 16h/8h light-dark cycle in 100% artificial seawater supplemented with Conway medium. RNA sequencing was performed on a Novaseq 6000 Sequencing system (Illumina). Libraries constructions were realized on three biological replicates for each P. tricornutum’s accession.
