We explored the impact of alternative polyadenylation regulation during tumor cell spreading. Overall design: To identify differences in IPA usage associated in tumor cell spreading, we performed 4 pair-wise comparisons (in duplicates) between non-metastatic (67NR, 168FARN) and metastatic cell lines (4T07, 4T1), and between mock- and U1-ASO-transfected 4T1 cells.
