This bacterium was isolated from fecal in healthy Tibetan pigs . To advance our understanding of the genome diversity and molecular evolution of TPC32 strain, whole-genome sequencing of TPC32 and genomic characterization were conducted. A comparative phylogenetic tree was constructed to reveal the evolutionary relationship between TPC32 and other Lactobacillus strains. The purpose of this study is to provide new ideas and agents for animal diseases or industrial fermentation.
