Preferred job sector India 2020 by generation

According to the survey conducted on work-life aspects of young Indians in 2020, majority of respondents from post-millennial and millennial generations aspired to work in technology companies including engineering or in startups. Over 38 percent of post-millennials preferred to work in tech companies and startups across India. Women preferred to work in social sector more than men.
