ABHD5 is a crucial metabolic regulator of cancer cells. The goal of this study is to identify the regulation of gene expression by ABHD5 in prostate cancer cells using RNA-seq. Overall design: We utilized a 22Rv1 cell line engineered to overexpress a doxycycline-inducible ABHD5 transgene stably. The cells were grown in the absence or presence of doxycycline for 48 h and then harvested for transcriptome profiling.
